"Very pleasant driver and trip. It was annoying though that we were charged £20 for late arrival. Our flight was delayed which was not our fault and on the booking confirmation it stated that you would watch flight times to avoid this charge applying. We also called from our airport before we left to let you know that flight was delayed so I don’t think we should have been charged "
